2017, It's a Wrap! Grateful, Thankful and Excited For 2018!

First, a note of THANKS!

Thank you for the best Christmas shopping season we could have imagined! We've experienced a significant growth in business this year and you, our dear customers, shopped with us and loved on us and it means more than you will ever know. So many people came through our doors and were truly tickled with our offerings, complimented the shop and thanked us for still being here. Thank you for letting us help you choose the perfect gifts for your loved ones - we hope everyone loved what was under their tree!

2017 brought us many blessings and countless memorable moments. Words can not describe how proud we felt donating our haul of children's pajamas to the North Kingstown Giving Program. We totally outdid ourselves! Our story, along with color photos landed on front page of the Independent Newspaper. I am putting out a call to action to save the date for next year, December 5th 2018. I'm counting on you to help us hit it out of the park with even more donations!

We were also lucky to be featured on WJAR Channel 10 News for our First Place "Gingerbread and His Lady Go Camping" Window. This was a particularly enjoyable window to create. Here's a video of the Gingerbread Man skating away. Watching the kids on the street watch him made all the time and effort worth it. Just for fun, I took pictures as it was being created (mostly from recycled shipping materials, not kidding!) to give you a glimpse of what goes into our windows. I chose this holiday iconic classic because, let's face it, the Gingerbread Man fairy tale brings out the kid in all of us! And, we happen to carry an amazing line of Gingerbread body products so it was a magical marketing match made in heaven! Here's the sneak peek behind the scenes.

Again, thank you for making this more than a business... thank you for making it personal.
Wishing you the best the season has to offer and an amazing 2018!

We can't wait to get started on grand new ideas and plans, so stay tuned to see what's on the horizon.

See you at the store!
XO Lori
